At LYHOE Asian Supermarket, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find a clear and simplified summary of our return and refund conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Food & beverages once opened (hygiene and food safety reasons)
- Kitchenware & tableware that has been used or damaged
- Decor items not in original condition
- Personalized or custom-made products
3. How to Return a Product

Return options:
- Our return label (Correos): We provide a prepaid label. The cost depends on package weight and can be deducted from the refund or paid in advance.
- Customer-managed return: You may ship the product yourself to the address we provide.
- Packaging: Items must be securely packed. Damage caused by poor packaging will void the refund.
- Refund confirmation: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days.
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
5. Damaged Products During Transport
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the packaging and the damaged product to file a claim with the carrier.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.
6. Defective Products
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt, with clear photos of the defect. Confirmed defects qualify for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
